Syrian-Armenian vocalist Lena Chamamyan  continues her musical journey with "The Collection" , a CD 

of Syrian and Armenian traditional songs revisited and re-arranged with the addition of brilliant solos by Turkish clarinet player Hüsnü Senlendirici and German accordion player Manfred Leuchter.

"The Collection" is a magical album that  received critical as well as popular acclaim. Lena Chamamyan puts traditional Syrian and Armenian songs into a new mold that brings together oriental classical singing and jazz arrangements.

The result is an intimate and personal look at the folklore of her country and the story of her people.
